If the product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect, or you find that your nappies are not suitable, we will provide a refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
- Customer returns the item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
- Confirmation of your online order email or tax invoice is provided.
- Items are sealed in original unused condition with all packaging. (Please note that no return is possible if the items have been opened, unless the product is faulty).
Refunds will be paid via the original payment method. Payment of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer if the error in ordering was due to the customer and not by Squimbles
Squimbles must be advised of any missing or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
